“Paul immediately made me feel comfortable and met me where I was at. He was creative and person centered in his approach to my sessions. Each week he showed me how to workout, focusing on alleviating my pain, while strengthening my core and leg strength. Paul really encouraged me the many times I did not think I could possible do some of the exercises, and within a few weeks my back pain had improved immensely! I was finding the exercises easier over time, and I found myself more aware of my posture and movements. By the end of my 6 months of sessions, I was no longer in constant pain, I lost 6 pounds and gained muscle. I could not have asked for more. Paul is the best!!!”

“I've been working with Paul since November 2022 and it has truly been a life-changing experience for me, both physically and mentally. I’ve lost body fat and gained muscle, and my body has completely re-shaped itself. I feel great, I look fabulous, and my self-confidence is (obviously) at an all-time high. Paul’s knowledge of anatomy and the biomechanics of movement is truly outstanding. He has correctly diagnosed my problem areas and created specific exercises to help strengthen appropriate muscle groups. He also uses psychology to great effect. His focus is on functional fitness: instead of lifting a weight just to work the bicep, for example, he has me do an exercise that strengthens the bicep and tricep, as well as the shoulder and trapezius “trap” muscles. As he explained it to me, we rarely just use one muscle, we use muscle groups. When teaching me a new exercise he demonstrates, then has me try it and corrects my technique, encourages and corrects me as I do the repetitions, and gives positive reinforcement throughout. He is professional, encouraging, kind, and truly concerned for my well-being.”

“Paul has been amazing. I have been with him since Aug/Sep time and when I first started working with him he helped do corrective work on my body before lifting. I had a lot of work I needed to work on for myself to get my body right before harming myself and Paul did just that. He works very professional and also keeps the mood light and fun. But pushes you to be ur best. He doesn't just stick with the same old stuff and works on every part of your body targeting each individual spot. He is also very understanding when life hits and helps in every way for when u need that break and your ready to come back to help u get back to were u were. In just this time he helped correct my hula arms and teach my body to move the correct way along with helping me get stronger not only body wise but mentally and teaching me about eating as well.
